Application
Substrate Preparation:
Once the suitable primer coat has been abraded, clean using silicone remover CP 015 in preparation to apply basecoat.
Mixing Ratio:
1:1
100 parts of GREEN-LINE
100 parts of thinner CP 048 / CP 055 / CP 078
Spray Gun Settings:
- Nozzle Size: 1.2–1.4 mm
- Operating Pressure: HVLP / RP 1.8–2.0 bar
Application Method:
- 2 full coats for solid colours
- 2 full coats plus 1 coat with reduced pressure for effect colours (drop-coat)
Evaporation Time After Application:
At 20°C and 65% relative humidity:
Allow 5–10 minutes before application of clearcoat
